Natural eucalyptus essential oil

Eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptus globulus) is obtained by steam distillation of eucalyptus twigs and leaves. Its scent can be described as fresh, intense and herbal.

Method of use:
Steam inhalations: add 1-2 drops of the oil to a bowl filled with hot water, then cover your head with a towel, close your eyes and inhale the steam.
Aromatherapy diffusers: 3-5 drops of the oil diluted with water.
Massage oil: dissolve 4-5 drops of the oil in 10 ml of basic oil, massage into the body.
Bath: mix 5 drops of the oil with 15 drops of basic oil per one third of water in a standard bathtub.
Cosmetic additions: mix 2-5 of the oil drops with 10-15 ml of cream, lotion, soap, gel, shampoo.
